      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, do you use headphones? I already saw that. Try to remove all devices and try to answer a call again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your Headphones put your call on hold : update it, upadate your dongle, and prefer to use a dongle all the time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
