topic WebEx phone services disconnected on iOS in Webex Calling

I have multiple Apple iOS devices with the latest WebEx app installed and the WebEx phone services stay disconnected. I have tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the devices. The license is applied as I can log in on a Windows PC into WebEx and it connects fine. Has anyone ever seen this kind of behavior?

Smartphones require their own device types - BOT for Android and TCT for iPhone - on CUCM; they do not reuse/share the desktop CSF device. Has the appropriate device type for that user’s smartphone OS been created in CUCM and associated to the End User?
