    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you run the migration task in Control Hub?&amp;nbsp; Run the migration task with license only option, add the phone via MAC address, then do a factory reset on the phone.&amp;nbsp; If you get a message that says to provide the migration license just do a factory reset again or enter "#000" as the code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had 2 enterprise phone migrated to MPP. After it was successfully converted to MPP i was trying to manually add it to Webex calling. When i checked it there was no prompt requesting for the activation code.&amp;nbsp; I tried again using a different Model but same thing happened. Could any one help me register the migrated MPP phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ent firmware - 14.2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;MPP firmware -11.7&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you use the license only option in the migration wizard you must then add the device manually before the phone boots and attempts to connect. The phone will require a factory reset otherwise. For this reason it is recommended to use the other option that issues the migration license and adds the device to your org in a single step.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
