7861 phone side buttons not working

Hi, we recently switched our phone system from the BE4000 to webex cloud. We have 12 phones connected and after the migration there are 3 phones that the right side buttons for transferring calls do not work. They don't light up while the phone is ringing either. Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi Denny,

Are you using side buttons as Line or Speed Dial?

For transfer functionality, we normally configure these buttons as Speed Dial. Please make sure to Configure Layout and Update buttons with Speed Dial on these devices.

They are being used as line buttons
