From what I have discovered thus far is that the only native telephony partner integration for Cisco is&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.webex.com/contact-center.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc"&gt;Webex Contact Center&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;which our organization doesn't have. However, the Webex Calling product has a Salesforce Integration but not a telephony partner integration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are there any developers who have built a custom telephony integration for Webex Calling with Salesforce Voice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is it possible Amazon Connect for Service Cloud Voice in conjunction with Webex Calling as opposed a custom designed integration.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are there any other recommendations on incorporating Webex Calling with Service Cloud Voice for our organization ?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate any and all feedback / suggestions for what appears to be our unique business need.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
