Hi All,

Sorry for Asking the such simple question. I configured an ISR4431 as the Local Gateway for Webex Calling. When I tried to make call from Webex App. It return as 484 Address incomplete and found that the SIP INVITE message is different as seems to use SIP-URI instead of E164 that show as below. Please advise if there any setting that needs to make on Control Hub and Local Gateway to modify the message.

Received:
INVITE sip:Trunk.to.Officexxxx_LGU@xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx;transport=tls;dtg=trunk.to.officexxxx_lgu SIP/2.0

Via:SIP/2.0/TLS xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx;branch=z9hG4bKBroadworksSSE.-xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxxV47398-0-100-113045442-1690251214812-
From:"Nancy Ho"<sip:21738835@xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx;user=phone>;tag=113045442-1690251214812-
To:<sip:+85263329468@xxxxx.webex.com;user=phone>
Call-ID:SSE021334812250723-1138204544@xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx
CSeq:100 INVITE
Contact:<sip:xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx;transport=tls>
P-Asserted-Identity:"Nancy Ho"<sip:+85221737770@xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx;user=phone>
Privacy:none
Allow:ACK,BYE,CANCEL,INFO,INVITE,OPTIONS,PRACK,REFER,NOTIFY,UPDATE
Recv-Info:x-broadworks-client-session-info,x-cisco-mute-status
X-BroadWorks-Correlation-Info:b0dccfe6-edea-4ccb-a043-527622e187ac
Accept:application/media_control+xml,application/sdp,multipart/mixed
Supported:
Max-Forwards:69
Session-ID:a8ffc2b801205000800007ace2934442;remote=00000000000000000000000000000000
Content-Type:application/sdp
Content-Length:895

v=0

o=BroadWorks 21701617 1690251214807 IN IP4 xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx
s=-
c=IN IP4 xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx
t=0 0
a=cisco-mari:v1
a=cisco-mari-rate
a=cisco-mari-rtx:v0
a=cisco-mari-hybrid-resilience:v0
m=audio 21436 RTP/SAVP 99 9 18 8 0 102 101 111 112
a=sendrecv
a=rtpmap:99 opus/48000/2
a=rtpmap:9 G722/8000
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=fmtp:18 annexb=no
a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000
a=rtpmap:102 iLBC/8000
a=fmtp:102 mode=30
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000
a=rtpmap:111 x-ulpfecuc/8000
a=fmtp:111 max_esel=1400;max_n=255;m=8;multi_ssrc=1;FEC_ORDER=FEC_SRTP;non_seq=1;feedback=0

a=rtpmap:112 mari-rtx/90000
a=fmtp:112 RTX_ORDER=RTX_SRTP;rtx-time=180
a=extmap:4/sendrecv http://protocols.cisco.com/timestamp#100us
a=extmap:9/sendrecv http://www.webrtc.org/experiments/rtp-hdrext/abs-capture-time
a=crypto:1 AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1_80 inline:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Also:

Are you routing calls from Webex Calling >> Local Gateway >> CUCM >> PSTN?

What are the Service Settings under Calling >> Service Settings >> Call Routing between Webex Calling and premises?
