    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue and not sure how to do it. I was asked that when someone calls let's say my extension and I'm not at my desk to answer the call. How can I make the call after certain number of rings go to a group extension of 5 or more phones?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the Calling User Portal (&lt;A href="https://settings.webex.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://settings.webex.com/&lt;/A&gt;), a user may configure its call forwarding settings (an administrator may do the same from within Control Hub as well). There, you may configure a call forwarding no answer to a hunt group or call queue after a certail time.&lt;/P&gt;
