You may create a trial for both customers. If the domain has not been verified/claimed, you may use it for users across several organizations.

One of our client is looking for a stand alone webex calling environment, which will be used for all testing, integration etc before moving it to production line. Is there a way we can create two customers with same domain, or Is there a way to set up sub customer inside the main customer environment ? Or do we have a Cisco DEV platform we can use for few months without getting it reset ?
