    <description>&lt;P&gt;In our Citrix Xen environment,&amp;nbsp; we would like to run the Webex app for IM purposes, but our users have physical phones for calling purposes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is there a way to disable the phone service component of the Webex app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another use case, are users who login with a laptop,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Webex app is loaded on the laptop that they use for a soft phone,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if they then launch Webex in the Citrix Xen environment,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;the Citrix Webex app takes control of the phone services function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The calling functionality just can be disabled by removing the licenses, which won't work for your use case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest to check existing feature requests at &lt;A href="https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/" target="_blank"&gt;https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/&lt;/A&gt; and to upvote it (or create a new one in case there is nothing present yet)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the control hub -&amp;gt; Users -&amp;gt; Select the user -&amp;gt; Calling -&amp;gt; Application line assignment -&amp;gt; Webex application assignments -&amp;gt; we can uncheck the needed ones -&amp;gt; Save&lt;/P&gt;</description>
