I've looked everywhere and can't find out how to have multiple users have the same voicemail box. I want people calling x123 or x456 or x789 to all go to the same voicemail box when a call is missed, or the line is busy.

All the help articles are copy-pastes of this page so don't tell me to read it. I've read it 500 times already
https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/mcjd4u/Manage-a-shared-voicemail-and-inbound-fax-box-for-Webex-Calling

I haven't tried this, so don’t get too excited. Create a Group VM mailbox - or maybe even a Virtual Line so you can show MWI on a second line appearance. Then turn Vm off for the individual users and configure call forward no answer and busy to the extension of whatever you created.

I can think of at least two ways this is fragile though: users can access call forwarding settings directly, so they could break it. Also, the voicemail tab in the Webex app won’t work.

Another option is to just set all of the individual user mailboxes to use external storage and email everything to the same place.

We have an on-premise solution of CUCM/CUC and use alternate extensions with Cisco Unity to route unanswered calls for multiple numbers into one voice mail box. You didn't specify how you want users to be notified of new messages though. There are a couple ways to do this that I can suggest if you have an on-premise system. Please reply back to let me know if you have an on-premise system or if you use Webex Calling.

Hi there,

I haven't tried this option yet (one you shared), but I would have created a voicemail group and configured the users' or workspace lines to forward calls during busy times to this voicemail number. Within the voicemail group, I would configure it to send copies of the messages to a distribution email ID or a shared mailbox.

Regards,
