Configuring Virtual lines with call forward all could also be an option here (from WxC side). However if your PSTN type is Local Gateway, it will be easy to configure/manage on gateway currently instead Webex calling to direct calls for those DIDs to main number towards Webex calling.

Unassigned Numbers Forwarding

We have a lot of unassigned DID numbers from other organizations we have acquired and want their numbers to redirect to our main phone number. I am not finding an easy way to get these numbers to forward. I saw auto-attend might be a solution, but it only can do 10 numbers, my other worry with that is down the line they may eventually repurpose these phone numbers and assign them to someone and they will have to go into the auto attend and remove the number (and this could easily be missed). Is there any way to make a "rule" for all unassigned and active numbers to transfer to our main line? We used to achieve this with a translation pattern before we migrated to Webex Calling.

Yep, AA or CQ or HG is currently the only way. Maybe there will be an improvement in the future, please contact your account team and create/upvope an aha for that at https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
