Hi,

I have a scenario where extension 100 is forwarded to extension 101, when extension 102 is calling 100, the call is forwarded to 101 and under the extension 101 on the webex is shown Forwarded by 100. The forwarded by 100 now is stop working, any one face the same issue?

Hi @Michalis Papasavva,

Yes, it no longer shows "Forwarded By" on the forwarded devices. As you know, every month there are new features released on Webex Calling and this might have affected in the last update. I would suggest to open TAC case and see what caused this.

Hi,

Upgrade webex to Version: 44.2.0.28859 solved the issue

Hi Vaijanath Sonvane,

I came across something similar with the above but this time with a desk phones 78XX and 88XX register to webex cloud are not showing the "forwarded by" as a Call manager does, only on webex app you can see the "forwarded by". Do you know if this feature is available for desk phones?
