    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot test it myself, but sounds like a bug in the phone.. I'd suggest opening a TAC case in order to get it analyzed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Webex Calling - 8851 MPP - Phone will not update key after change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Example.&amp;nbsp; I programmed a speed dial on key 7.&amp;nbsp; It was saved, device rebooted and the speed dial showed up on the phone.&amp;nbsp; I then removed it from key 7 and added it to key 14 on the KEM, saved and device rebooted.&amp;nbsp; It shows up on key 14 of the KEM, but it is also still on Key 7 and will not go away (and the speed dials works).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I factory reset the phone, key 7 will clear.&amp;nbsp; But, I don't want to factory reset a phone every time a change is made.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
