It has become very frustrating that Webex does not allow incoming calls unless the app is Front and Center on the phone. If the app is open and active on my phone it works perfectly, as soon as my phone goes to sleep or I switch to a different app, I no longer receive incoming calls from Webex. I recently switched from Jabber to Webex, and I’m ready to switch back.
