I have it flashed to the latest firmware. I created the device as a workspace with it's mac address and DID/extension in Webex. When I factory reset the device, all I'm doing is going to voice -&gt; Provisioning and entering in the address&nbsp;<FONT color="#000000">cisco.sipflash.com&nbsp;</FONT>in the profile rule. I hit submit and the webpage goes blank. I can see the LEDs go through a sequence and then I lose access to the web interface and it never comes up as provisioned in webex.
