We are using Webex Calling

When a caller places a call, it rings twice and then goes silent. On the recipients end it rings the set number of times (6 in our case) and then goes to voicemail if the recipient cannot get to the phone in time.. The caller will get sent to voicemail if they wait long enough but usually they find the silence disconcerting and hang up .

I am sure this will turn out to be a simple setting but I am not sure where to look.

Thanks

Thanks

This happens to both internal and external callers. If the recipient does answer both parties have audio. The calls are normal apart from this issue

Thanks
