Webex claim user issue

Hello,

I'm trying to replicate a customer issue in a Webex sandbox.

I have a sandbox connected to AD, and with a verified domain. If I remove the verified domain and then create a free Webex account for a new user that does not exist in Control Hub, the account is created with limited features, just as you would expect.

Next, I add the domain and verify it - ready to claim users. I then go to Users - Claim Users (which is unavailable if you don't have a domain, or if the domain is already claimed). When I go to the claim users page, I get the following screen:

The 'selectable list' is ghosted out, and I can only claim users by using the CSV method. The problem with this is that in a live organisation, you probably don't know who has created their own Webex accounts with an email address in your domain.

If I claim the user via CSV, it works as expected.

Has anyone else had this issue and know how to activate the selectable list option?

Maybe that is as you've a sandbox organization and not a production one. It is for development purposes only.

You may ask Devsupport@webex.com, they may assist with those sandboxes.
