      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to have all of my work calls directed to my computer. When I do receive a call, it will come to my computer but also my desk phone. When I answer the call on my computer, it will pick up on my desk phone and is on speaker, so the entire office can listen in on my call. How can I stop this from happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems like your Webex app is in Desk phone Control Mode.. Is it connected to your desk phone? In the upper left corner, there is a button to connect to a device. It should not have selected your desk phone there..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
