The number of concurrent calls depends on your PSTN connections. Does your CM make the PSTN connection or do you also have some kind of PSTN connection in the cloud, for instance a Calling Plan or a dedicated CUBE?

Displaying a custom name depends on the service providers on both sides beside additional configuration stuff. See also https://help.webex.com/nh3x9zt/

Correct, the 6way Conference is a Webex Calling feature.
Don't mess up between Webex Calling (PSTN) and Calls on Webex (Collaboration/Meetings). A Webex Calling call may also be escalated to a Meeting. Externals may also dial into a meeting (if enabled/purchased).

Hello Everyone,

I am a new bie on cisco webex cloud calling. I understand that webex calling is more of pstn calling. Yesterday, i configued webex via the hub to register webex to on presmise call manager. It was a success as i was able to make calls to jabber and otherr ip phones

I have read about webex suite which includes webex meeting and webex calling. One of the intresting feautres is the possession of a Business line. Other interesting feautres include "domestical calls, international calls(Bills per minute) and 6 way conference calls

Questions

1)what is the maximum no of concurrent calls for local calling ? I am in Nigeria. Assuming i put on the Business line on the company's website, how many customers can call that Business line at the same time

2) If i make outbound calls, will the Business line be able display my company name (sender's name)

3) what is 6 way conference in webex suite) is it about 6 people in a conference call using PSTN? i am wondering what that feaure is,since i can invite them to a webex meeting

Thank you so much for your contribution. Actually, I have a GOPI4 GSM gateway which I am using for PSTN connection for my CUCM. I can only make 4 concurrent calls. when I heard about Webex calling (PSTN), I decided to research on it. There is no existing PSTN connection in the cloud. Can you tell me a little about the calling plan or a link to read about it? I wouldn't want to go into CUBE

"Webex Suite

Meet + Call

$270

/user/year

$22.50

/user/mo"

I guess the plan means one user/call. if one subscribes for 5users for example, it means that 5 users can make 5 concurrent calls. The same 5 users will equally have 5 Host licenses
