Hide phone icon on webex application,when Call on Webex 1:1 is Enable

Hello All,

We need a way to hide Phone icon on webex application when "Call on webex 1:1, Non PSTN" option is enabled on the user level.

Phone icon can be hide by disabling the Call on webex 1:1, Non PSTN but we need this option to be enabled, and Phone icon hidden. Do we have any way to achieve this?

We are using Zoom CRC to join Zoom calls through Video Endpoints and Call on webex 1:1, Non PSTN option needs to be enabled to join zoom calls, however we don't want users to call webex to webex (Peer to peer call) to other users within the organization.

Any help/ suggestion will be highly appreciated!

I think you should submit this idea on Aha and it may already be there for an upvote. The Cisco product team reviews these suggestions and prioritizes new features.

FYI...you can hide the call button on a Webex device like a Desk Pro or Room Kit. Configurations-->UserInterface-->Features-->Call-->Start-->Hidden
