    <description>&lt;P&gt;here's what i would try.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. delete the phone in control hub&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. do a migration task, adding mac address only&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. add phone by mac address&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Enter “#000” as activation code (if being asked) or factory reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cisco IP phone is not registering on webex control hub.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am trying to register Cisco ip phone 7821-k9 v3 on webex control hub to the user for webex calling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The phone is migrated to MPP and earlier it was registered and working, but for some reason it was offline for more than 60 days and the device was showing "expired" status on the control hub. So, I had deregistered the device and did the factory reset, but after trying again for registration entering the activation code, device gives msg on display "Verify the internet connection or contact your administrator" and shows status of "Activating" on webex control hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Request you to provide the solution, as I am not able to do it for other phones also.&lt;/P&gt;
