&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Recently, I started using Webex Calling, including making and receiving calls from a MPP physical phone. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When I try to dial from the app webex, I receive an error message: ‘Webex Calling Invalid Video or Meeting Address. Please check the address and try again.’ I see that Webex is trying to connect to phone service. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I disable this?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I want to call&amp;nbsp; via Webex&amp;nbsp; directly without phone service.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd check your licenses and also make sure you are calling a known account or number.&amp;nbsp; If you are calling someone else with a valid webex email address you should be able to reach them as long you have the license to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
