&lt;P&gt;The Queue First Name and Last Name are mandatory fields and those will be always displayed on the agents phone as Forwarded by "First Name" "Last Name".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no option to disable the display of queue name but as a workaround you can set First Name and Last Name a Dot "." or Queue Number.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it possible to hide name about Waiting Queue on the agent phone ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't display the queue name&lt;BR /&gt;but only the caller's number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agents find it very annoying to see the name of the queue rather than just the caller's number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
