Hello

is it possible to hide name about Waiting Queue on the agent phone ??

Don't display the queue name
but only the caller's number

Agents find it very annoying to see the name of the queue rather than just the caller's number

The Queue First Name and Last Name are mandatory fields and those will be always displayed on the agents phone as Forwarded by "First Name" "Last Name".

There is no option to disable the display of queue name but as a workaround you can set First Name and Last Name a Dot "." or Queue Number.
