      <title>Register Poly VVX 150/250 to Webex Calling</title>

      <description>&lt;P style="-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;"&gt;I'm trying to register some Poly VVX 150/250 phones to a demo webex calling site we have setup. I have followed the process in this link&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/njwkamr/Poly-and-Yealink-support-on-Webex-Calling#" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/njwkamr/Poly-and-Yealink-support-on-Webex-Calling#&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;"&gt;to the letter but still won't register to Webex. I've tried both the &lt;A href="https://polycom.broadcloud.eu" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;polycom.broadcloud.eu&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and the &lt;A href="https://polycom-eun.bcld.webex.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;polycom-eun.bcld.webex.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; URLs but both the same. Got them plugged into my home network so no unusual security / firewall setup (running webex cscan tester gives good results from my network&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="-qt-block-indent: 0; text-indent: 0px; margin: 0px;"&gt;Have the MAC address correctly entered into Webex Calling. How can I troubleshoot where this is going wrong without trying to get packet captures etc?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I haven't tried these device and it should work as it is supported. One statement I noticed in below document:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H3 class="title sectiontitle"&gt;&lt;STRONG class="ph b"&gt;Supported third-party devices&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P class="p"&gt;The use of third-party devices facilitate customer migrations to Webex Calling. &lt;STRONG&gt;The use of these devices on Webex Calling requires approval from your Cisco account manager to enable them for provisioning in Control Hub.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p"&gt;I have tried other third party devices but I never reached out to Account Manager to enable them for provisioning. May you can check with Account Manager if this can be the issue in your case.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;mmm worth a shot i guess - the fact that you can select the exact phone model in webex makes me think it should work as is but I guess I better find out that answer. Will update&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I too have wasted too much time with Poly's.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I learned finally from the company (Acrisure) telephony support ---&amp;gt;following the instructions for flashing from poly to WebEx will not work unless the phone is already in the Webex Control Hub.&amp;nbsp; Once my company telephony support added it to control hub---registration worked with the flash instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had limited admin access to control hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&lt;BR /&gt;I've been searching for a few hours because I was having the same problem as you. After updating my VVX 450 and following the process indicated in the URL you sent, I was able to register it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Update to the latest Polycom firmware (HOSTED). To do this, enter the phone's URL (with internet access) and use the Admin username.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to the Utilities tab and search for software upgrade.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Select Hosted and click Search. The latest software version will automatically appear.&amp;nbsp;3111-xxxxx-001.sip.ld (for VVX 150/250/350/450)&amp;nbsp; build ID 6.4.7.4477&lt;BR /&gt;3. Create the phone in Control Hub and assign it to a user.&lt;BR /&gt;4.
