I need a free trial, but I don't see a link to the self-service, maybe it hasn't been introduced to me yet but i can't wait any longer I need it now, I need the webex call trial TODAY

There isn't a self-service trial on Webex.com, only the free 40-minute meeting offer. Calling trials include PSTN access, so there are real fraud/abuse concerns as well. Cisco resellers can spin up calling trials for their customers though; reach out to whomever you prefer to work with for assistance.

I do not care, I still want to, how do I do it? I do not own or work for any particular company, is there still a way?

You want a "developer sandbox". You won't get PSTN access, but you can test out calling within the sandbox, i.e. one endpoint to another. From there you can play with the APIs and to quite a bit of testing and development.

Good idea @Terry Mason but that’s a CPaaS sandbox, not Webex Calling. I haven’t tried this but there appears to be a Webex Suite developer sandbox as well.

Failing that the OP can go through sales like everyone else.
