My team lead and I have two WebEx phones and a Cisco Desktop, all with the same extension. When you call my extension directly or from the PSTN all of mine ring. When I call my leads phone internally, only one rings. The phone that rings is marked as Primary. None of mine are marked as primary. Is that what is casuing the odd ring for him and how can I remove the primary designation?
