I work in IT Support. One of my users is experiencing an issue with screen sharing during active Webex calls. When the user ends the screen share, the entire call is ended.

We verified that their webex client is up to date (full uninstal, reinstall and clearing of cached appdata for user's webex folder).

We had them end screen sharing clicking the floating tool bar and keyboard short cuts.

Tested by signing into another computer.

Tested on company network and at home via VPN.

Not sure if there is anything else that can be attempted / tried.
