I was able to create a translation pattern in CH, 5559111, and point it to 911. Then set the hotline to the translation pattern. Then in RedSky, build the location with the Phone Number of the phone.

We are trying to set up a PLAR for analog emergency devices that automatically send offhook calls to 911. The hotline feature appears to have a restriction, not allowing 911 to be used as a hotline. Is there a workaround for this?

[Error 4414] Invalid number. The number entered is an emergency number: 911

I have a use case for an analog plar phone with the same problem! Has a workaround been identified? This seems to be quite a gap (E911 wise) in the Webex feature set.
