FAX with Webex Calling

Hello,

how the fax service work in Webex Calling? I know that fax service will only receive fax in .tiff format on the e-mail but is needed a particular license for this servive or is included in A-WORK-3 and/or A-FLEX-3? If a license is needed, I deed to purchase a license per user or is a license that you buy and associate to the ID of the customer?

Fax2Mail is included in the Enhanced/Professional license, check https://callinghelp.webex.com/features-by-station/

You just need a DID that needs additionally to be assigned to the user who should receive fax messages, check https://help.webex.com/fdkhld/#Cisco_Task_in_List_GUI.dita_2762b0cd-46a2-4607-a1f7-714f5b3a7289

This is good info, faxing always seems to be low volume but still high importance, even in 2021.
