      <title>No Call History</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I first installed the Webex Windows desktop app it displayed all calls, incoming and outgoing for one day. After a week, it hasn't displayed a single call since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help with identifying how I can reset or check why this is not working would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try resetting your Webex app. In Webex app, click on Profile Picture &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Help &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Health Checker &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Reset (next ot Database Status).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just fyi: there was an issue with the Webex Calling call history between September 1st and 5th. No PSTN calls were listed in that time frame in the Webex App. Meetings/Calls in Webex were listed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But as you said it is still not working for you, I'd also think of a client issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it work via the Webex Web app (&lt;A href="https://web.webex.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://web.webex.com/&lt;/A&gt;)? Do you see your calls in your CUP?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
