    <description>&lt;P&gt;For shared lines: Go to CH-&amp;gt;Devices and select the device you want to add a shared line to. In the right slide out, you will find the box for the lines of that device. Simply add a new line and you're done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For monitored lines: Select the user you want to add a monitored line to, in the slide out go to Calling-&amp;gt;Advanced Settings-&amp;gt;Monitoring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For E/A it is a bit more as you have to do configuration for both: &lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/gfoc4o/" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.webex.com/gfoc4o/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that is possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may either use the Shared Line Apperance feature or Exec/Assistant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shared Lines are currently not available in the Webex App (E/A is).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
