      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm having a problem with the Webex mobile app in the workplace.&lt;BR /&gt;Activating the WiFi, the mobile app does not work (during the call, when answering, the error "unable to answer .." is shown), while with LTE it works correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;If I answer a call via PC, always connected to WiFi, it works correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the workplace there is a firewall (Sophos XG) but I cannot understand how the firewall can only block app traffic and not that of the PC.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both PC and Mobile, is it connected to same SSID. If its, different &amp;nbsp;there &amp;nbsp; could be a chance &amp;nbsp;where different policies exit for diffident SSID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It wont be a&amp;nbsp; solution, but to make sure that the VPN doesn't block the APP. can you uninstall the VPN profile and try.&lt;/P&gt;
