When you signed up for Webex, we assigned you a host license, Personal Room, and Webex site. Armed with these, you can:

Schedule meetings that last up to 50 minutes.
Invite up to 100 people to a meeting.
Start instant meetings in your Personal Room

As you've posted in the Webex Calling forum: All above refers to Webex Meetings/Messaging, not to Webex Calling.

For Webex Calling, you may order a special calling plan or your SP may offer something to you. There are no limitations for the Enhanced/Professional licenses themselves in Webex Calling. Calls may also not be cut off if they exceed some hours (except your PSTN provider will do so).
