Hi, is there any way to import contacts from our old app, anywhere connect?

Has said "planned" for some time now.

Currently, there is a beta running for Contact migration from Jabber to Webex. If you create the UM IM export format, you may upload them to CH and they will be converted.

Just a possible way, not tested, and probably not the smoothest one..
