topic Webex Call Voicemail notification via email in Webex Calling

Is there a way to add the name and extension to the email notification from Webex Calling. Currently I only see callers information and this doesn't meet my requirements as I have multiple mailbox's and need to know from what mailbox I am receiving the message.

Also, is there a way to receive an attachment like a .wav file with the notification? Not all messages are going to a Webex user. We have calls that will go to an afterhours call center and need for them to know what mailbox they are coming from and be able to listen to the message.

Thank you,

1) The called extension is not shown, unfortunately. I think the whole message is kind of "quick&dirty".. You may use a distributionlist or a wildcard mail address and use that one as receiver. Just as a workaround..

2) If you specify a mal address as external storage for VM messages, they'll be emailed as wave attachments.
