Webex Calling toll free number support?

Hi,

I thought I had heard Cisco announce support for toll free numbers in Webex Calling, but I can't find any information (besides the history of no support). Maybe wishful thinking? Can someone enlighten me?

Hi, yes that was enabled in mid of this year, see here https://help.webex.com/en-US/article/rdmb0/What's-new-in-Webex-Calling more details. AFAIK it's not allowed on Cisco PSTN yet, so only CCPP/LGW and in US/CAN.

Toll Free numbers are not supported on Cisco Calling Plan and it is not published in roadmap as well. We just need to wait and watch..

the north america toll free line was temporarily unavailable for Canadians before christmas. the line changed to US only for a while but it has since reverted back to Canada and the US . I believe your organization will be the one paying for the cost of the call when using the toll free feature
