Shared voicemail

Hello

I've set up voicemail group and voice portal to share voice mailbox in Webex Control Hub. I can leave a message it works well, but when I am trying to reach the message from my MPP (cp-8861) it goes into private voice mailbox instead of shared one.

What may be the reason?

You have to dial Voice Portal. When asked, input voicemail group extension and passcode.

When I am using sp-8861 the Voice Portal does not ask about extension just only passcode.

When the Voice Portal answers, press the star "*" key. It should then prompt for the mailbox ID
