Hi, i have a webex accoutn but I unfortunately am unable to text on it. the contact(person) icon is not appearing on the sidebar, but is appearing on my coworkers. how woudl you suggest i fix this issue?

Is your webex account enabled with messaging licenses? Please verify license assignment for your account:

What you mean by Contact Icon. If messaging enabled for your account , you can see below icon on the sidebar. Is it possible for you to share your webex app screenshot.

Another thing as @Vaijanath Sonvane mentioned, Check with admin if he assigned messaging license for your account.
