Getting users to display without licensing

Hello,

We've just implemented WebEx Calling via the cloud and we're trying to get user's that we've created who don't have a physical phone and has their cellular number associated with their user account to show up in the Enterprise Directory. I've tried adding these in the Contacts section as well.

It seems I have to license them with WebEx Calling Professional to get them to show up.

First of all, you're referring to Webex Calling, there is no capital E in Webex..

There is currently some work ongoing towards cloud aware MPP devices. Once done, also these contacts will show up (AFAIR, they're currently only in the Webex app).

You can also try creating virtual extensions for those users. I'm not sure anymore if they're synced in the phone's directory as well.
