Hello,

we have a prem based AD server and directory connecter.

if a user is deleted in AD, does it automatically disappear in control hub?

If you delete a user from the AD, it will become inactive in CH and will be removed after seven days.

If you disable a user in the AD, it will become inactive in CH but will not be removed (as you may re-enable it one day).
