Webex Embeded App guest user display name is empty

Hi Webex Team,

I have created webex embeded app, when guest user try to access same app during meeting I'm getting display name and mail id both empty through sdk.

Can you please help me to get guest user email id and display name,

PII is aleady enabled and I get logged in user detail but not of guest user.

this might be better off being created as a ticket to us, by emailing devsupport@webex.com. It would allows us to do some additional analysis and debugging. It would be good to provide that code in a file attachment, so that we can use it in testing and see what's happening. Do provide that in the ticket too please. Also, have you tried our embedded app sample https://github.com/WebexSamples/EmbeddedAppSample ? It might give an idea of where things are going wrong. I noticed in your screenshot that you're using a guest token (looks like one anyway), maybe there is something there that's causing the issue.
