Caption works well but cannot generate transcripts in meeting content

I met a problem that I can saw the caption and it did work during the meeting. However, when it comes the recording detail page, the website just says "We couldn't generate a transcript for the meeting because of low audio quality". I don't understand why one can get caption, the other cannot with the same audio. And it usually happens when participants are saying other languages instead of English.

The transcripts are available in English and only support transcribing the English audio. If the meeting was recorded, then the recording video's embedded transcript will show the transcription for the portions of the meeting in English only.

You see an error in the transcript panel instead of the transcript—The system will not produce a transcript if the overall quality/accuracy of the transcript is anticipated to be poor. This may happen if the audio quality in the meeting was bad due to the following constraints:

Noisy background
Poor acoustics
Non-English words present in the audio
Thick accents

Hi Hazeena, thanks for your reply. The thing is that I can see the real-time transcript during meeting but after meeting, no transcripts in the meeting content. From my understanding, they are transcribed from the same audio source, the quality should be same. Why it can generate transcripts during meeting but cannot generate transcripts after meeting?

This depends on the in-built logic of processing the transcripts post the meeting and as mentioned previously, if this finds any Non-English words present in the audio, then it cannot be done.

Hi Hazeena. In my case, there are meetings all in English, the point is that I can see the real-time transcripts during meeting, but cannot get the transcripts in the recording page, and I spoke all English in that meeting.
