&lt;LI&gt;Does refresh token get refreshed when you make the refresh token api call? In other words, is another OAuth flow required every 90 days when refresh token expire?

&lt;LI&gt;Yes, you will get a new updated refresh token. If the refresh token has expired you will need to do a full OAuth flow&lt;/LI&gt;
