@savina have you also checked the Meeting Invitee API and the dedicated coHost and panelist fields https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meeting-invitees/update-a-meeting-invitee ?

You can either define a coHost when scheduling a session with Create Meeting, you would define it in the "invitees" field by setting "coHost":true for an invitee or by using the Meeting Invitees API.
