Sorry, I haven't found any discussion related with this. Is there any way to log the access to Developers site and the actions performed (e.g., API requests)?

All access are logged by the portal itself so that the support may use your tracing id for alaysis (at least for a limited period of time). But as a user, you do not have access to those logs

If you're talking about using the "Try It" mode on the dev portal, if a request is successful then you would need to check your browser network logs and check the response headers to get the trackingId.
