      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the filename you provided available in the list of announcement files?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You cannot upload custom files via the API at the moment, so the file must already exist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
