topic Transcription in Progress in Webex for Developers

Hello,

I turned on recording transcriptions in site options.

Now each time I get recording details I can get temporary transcription download link.

However, if recording is brand new, transcription link may be temporarily unavailable, until it is generated.

Is there any API call I can make to find out that it is really in progress? Because if recording transcriptions is turned of in site options, the link will be missing too, and it will never get available.

Hi Alexander, as discussed in the ticket you created for this, the meetingTranscripts webhook would usually be the best way forward for this use case. But I understand you're facing some issues with that. We'll continue discussion through the ticket. Thanks.
