topic How can I create a 'Section' via API? in Webex for Developers

I'd like to create a Section using the API.

I'm with wireless escalation and I track my cases via Outlook. I have a script that creates an Outlook folder with the case number, and creates a rule for managing emails that arrive (so they are put in that folder). It also creates a blank email in that folder that contains links to the case, the TAC case, links to the webex individuals/spaces, and a link to the folder where I store related files from the customer.

I would like to be able to create a corresponding Section in WebEx with the case number, so as I have discussions (or open spaces) I can group all those individuals/spaces into that Section.

I've looked through the API reference, but I didn't find anything - may have just missed it, as I only looked at those that I thought might contain that function - so I'm hoping it does exist, and someone can provide the link to that in the documentation.

Thanks!

There is not corresponding API to do that, at the moment.
I would encourage you to create a new suggestion via the Webex Aha space (or find an existing one to +1), as that may help prioritize development:
https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
