    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN&gt;All&lt;/SPAN&gt; - I have a few API related questions, and I figured this would be the best place to ask.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firstly, while trying to update a given Contact Service Queue via the API - I encountered a 400 error stating "ccOneQueue: should be either true or false".&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Granted, I was able to work around this by including the field in the payload and setting it to "true" manually, but this field appears to be missing from the API support documentation all together. I was wondering if anyone had insight into this field, where (if) it exists in Webex Contact Center, and what the ramifications of the field are.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, for CSQ's, it appears that the documentation asserts that "maximumActiveContacts" is a valid field, but any API response only contains the "maxActiveContacts" field.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Curious if anyone out there has similar experience or other feedback for the API.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
