Not getting telephony events using Webex API

Dear Team,

We are trying to develop a custom application using Cisco Webex API, we want Webex telephony function to be embedded in our application. We are referring Webhooks Guide to get the telephony events but those are not working.

kindly guide us with the right approach to get those events.

Are the web hooks registered and active? Do you use Webex Calling Calls and not Calls on Webex? What is (not) working?

I'll move the post to the developer community, think it's better places over there.

Hi Dtibbe,

Thanks for response, our web hook is registered and active. We are using "Webex Calling" PSTN calls to be initiated from local CUBE.
